Mission Statement
Our aim is a Home from Home experience for older people requiring residential care This is achieved through a vibrant and positive culture for all through constant innovation focused on person- centered care and active lifestyles. This is driven by whole team working guided by what is best for all of us. Our leaders seek to serve others first. There is an opportunity for every staff member to become a leader.
Old Hastings House exists to serve the local community with the ability and passion to offer tailored and different care packages which exceed expectations.
We focus on a family atmosphere driven by our four core values, choice, caring, commitment, and dignity. We enable our residents to live a full life in accordance with their own choices and identity in a responsive home where they shape the direction of the service both for them and future generations.
